During this course, YOU will light the fire, YOU will set up the grill and YOU will cook the food. This Masterclass is designed to give you plenty of experience cooking over live fire and expand your recipe repertoire. Learn how to manage a charcoal fueled BBQ and indirect cooking in a relaxed atmosphere using the most premium BBQ gear on the market.

Using Kamado Joe Classic II or Weber Mastertouch BBQs, an example of what you may cook on the day is found below:

What you’ll cover:

Different fuel types and which one is best for your BBQ set up

How to light a BBQ using a chimney starter

Classes will start at 11am and last between 4 and 5 hours.
