Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Please note that bookings for our BBQ classes cannot be amended, rescheduled, or changed within 7 days of the scheduled class date.

At this stage, all ingredients and supplies have already been carefully ordered and prepared in advance to ensure the highest quality experience for all attendees. As a result, we are unable to accommodate any last-minute changes.

Safety & Conduct Policy

Our BBQ classes involve the use of live fire, sharp knives, and a variety of cooking equipment. For this reason, safety and the proper handling of all tools and equipment must be treated as a top priority at all times.

All participants are expected to follow instructions carefully and behave in a responsible and respectful manner throughout the class. Any unsafe behaviour, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow guidance may result in you being asked to step away from the activity or, if necessary, leave the class entirely.
