During this course, YOU will light the fire, YOU will set up the grill and YOU will cook the food. This Masterclass is designed to give you plenty of experience cooking over live fire and expand your recipe repertoire. Learn how to manage a charcoal fueled BBQ and indirect cooking in a relaxed atmosphere using the most premium BBQ gear on the market.

Using Kamado Joe Classic II or Weber Mastertouch BBQs, an example of what you may cook on the day is found below:

Shakshuka

A bold North African classic re imagined over fire—slow-simmered, smoky tomatoes infused with warming spices, finished with fresh herbs, creamy feta, and perfectly baked eggs.

Reverse Seared Picanha

A show-stopping cut of beef, prized for its tenderness and deep flavour. Gently smoked over cherry wood for a reverse-sear finish, then grilled over open flames to create a beautifully caramelised crust.

Chicken Wing Platter

Irresistibly moreish and made for sharing. Grilled over hot coals until beautifully charred. This chicken wing platter is the perfect vessel for trying out different cooking methods and flavour pairings.

Flame Grilled Lamb Burger

Juicy lamb patty seasoned with fragrant kofte spices, grilled to perfection and paired with a vibrant red pepper and lime relish that delivers the perfect balance of heat and freshness.
